Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Madison Fly Fishing, LLC (“MFFC”), we understand that plans may change due to personal reasons, emergencies, or unpredictable weather and stream conditions. Our goal is to be fair and flexible while respecting the time and commitment of our guides.
1. Customer Cancellations
If you must cancel a scheduled guide trip or casting lesson due to personal, family, work, or emergency reasons, you have the following options:
- Reschedule Within 6 Months: Your deposit or full payment may be applied to a rescheduled trip within six (6) months of the original trip date and within the same calendar year, subject to guide availability and MFFC approval.
- Forfeiture: If a cancelled trip cannot be rescheduled within six (6) months of the original trip date or within the same calendar year, your deposit or full payment will be forfeited, unless prior arrangements are made and approved by MFFC.
2. Weather & Stream Conditions
MFFC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip if weather or stream conditions are deemed unsafe or unfishable at our sole discretion. In such cases, the same rescheduling options as outlined above will apply
3. Refunds
- A refund of your deposit or full payment is available if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling options may be available as outlined above.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to appear for their scheduled trip or casting lesson without prior notice, this will be considered a No-Show.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Deposits or full payments for no-shows cannot be applied to future bookings.
